Couples Counseling

Couples counseling offers partners a space to strengthen their relationship, improve communication, and work through challenges together. Relationships can experience periods of conflict, disconnection, or stress, and counseling can help both partners better understand one another’s perspectives and needs.

In our work together, we focus on building healthier communication patterns, resolving conflict more effectively, and fostering deeper emotional connection. Whether you are navigating ongoing disagreements, rebuilding trust, or simply wanting to strengthen your relationship, couples counseling can help you develop the tools needed to create a healthier and more fulfilling partnership.

Self-pay rates:

  • Individual sessions: $120

  • Couples sessions: $140
