The Healing Within Collective Monthly Newsletter-April
Healing Within Updates
Welcome, and thank you for being here.
Whether you are joining from a previous space or discovering Healing Within for the first time, I’m truly glad you’re here. This practice was created with the intention of offering a safe, supportive space for individuals and couples to feel seen, heard, and understood.
As we move into this new season, my hope is that Healing Within becomes not just a place for therapy, but also a source of encouragement, reflection, and connection. Each month, this newsletter will offer a moment to pause, reflect, and check in with yourself, along with updates, resources, and things happening in the community.
I’m grateful to walk alongside you in this journey.
Mental Health Moment
“You don’t have to have it all figured out to move forward.”
So often, we feel pressure to have clear answers, a solid plan, or complete certainty before taking the next step. This belief can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or even discouraged.
The truth is, growth doesn’t require perfection, it requires willingness.
Moving forward can look like taking one small step, even when things feel unclear. It can mean allowing yourself to learn as you go, giving yourself grace in the process, and trusting that clarity often comes after action, not before.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, consider this your reminder:
You are allowed to move forward, even if you’re still figuring things out.
*Gentle Reminder
Take a moment to check in with yourself.
How are you really feeling this week?
Not the quick “I’m fine,” but the honest answer.
You deserve time and space to pause, reflect, and care for yourself—not just when things feel overwhelming, but as a regular part of your life. Even small moments of intentional care can make a meaningful difference.
