About

Welcome. I’m Brigette Stowe, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters degree in Social Work and a Masters degree in Counseling with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am dedicated to supporting individuals and couples as they navigate life’s challenges. I believe therapy is a space where you can feel safe, seen, and heard without judgment, and where meaningful growth and healing can begin.

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in understanding each person’s unique experiences. I work with individuals who may be experiencing anxiety, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, or the lasting impact of past experiences. I also work with couples who are seeking to improve communication, rebuild connection, and strengthen their relationship.

I recognize that starting therapy can feel like a big step. My goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable showing up as your full self. Together, we will explore what’s been weighing on you, identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, and develop practical tools to support lasting change. I am passionate about helping clients build insight, develop healthier coping strategies, and create lives that feel more aligned and fulfilling.

Whether you are seeking clarity, healing, or simply a space to process, I am here to walk alongside you in that journey.
